IDRISSA Abdoulaye worked at the Autonomous Port of Lomé in ALL SERVICE, the Bank for Investment and Development of ECOWAS and made inquiries among other things for the World Bank and its partners on the impact assessment cash transfer project in the regions of Kara and Savanes.
